Import from Excel

Here you can import an Excel file. Follow the steps below to start the import process.

Step 1.
The Excel file needs to have the following specifications, like in the example below:



Be sure that you type in the header in the first row (row 1). See example in picture. In column A you need to type: Articlenumber; in column B you need to type: Qty.

In the cells of column A you need to type in the article number, in column B you need to type in the desired quantity of that article. Description is not necessary, because in step 5 the webserver will find the correct article description for you.

It is required that you set the cell type for column A to “Text”



Step 2.
Find the Excel file on your computer. You can use both Microsoft Excel 2007-2013 (*.xlsx) or Microsoft Excel 97-2003 (*.xls) file types.

Click on Browse to look up the file. Click on the Open button if you found the right file.

Step 3.
If you are ready to upload the file to the webserver, click on the 'Import the Excel file' button.



Step 4.
If the file is successfully uploaded, you can check the data. Click on the 'Check the Excel file' button to check the data.
